The ACC holds monthly meetings that are open to all residents for consultation and review of ACC change request forms. These ACC monthly meetings are held on the first Monday of each month. Contact any ACC member (below) for place and time. 

Homeowners are to submit their ACC change request forms (or re-inspection requests) directly to Sequoia Management for processing no later than the 3rd Monday of every month. Sequoia Management will track all submissions and forward to the ACC for review and approval/disapproval at their ACC monthly meeting on the 1st Monday of every month. Homeowners can expect an answer to their submission by the middle of every month. For a trouble-free review of their applications, homeowners are strongly encouraged to include all requested information on the form and include all required color/material samples at the time of submission.
